Closed
The reviewer closed the internal record. This is not a finding or proof of resolution.
Who can review?
Access requires a signed-in account with the separate private-intake review permission. Ordinary content editors do not receive that permission by default. Administrator accounts have access. Review notes record the reviewer account, time and status. The operator is responsible for who receives access and how any response is handled outside this workflow. There is no response-time commitment, automated escalation or email delivery.
